California Coast Music Camp

Learn to play acoustic music in a supportive community

 
 

The CCMC summer camp offers:

  1. •A week (or two) of classes, workshops, jams, concerts, dances, and more, all designed to help you stretch musically—and have a blast!

  2. •Small-group classes at all levels in vocals, guitar, banjo, bass, fiddle, mandolin, ukulele, songwriting, percussion, and more.

  3. •Styles include folk, blues, swing, jazz, bluegrass,  rock, old-time, Brazilian, Celtic, and more.

Where is it?

  1. CCMC takes place in Placer County, California (about 3 hours east of San Francisco). More info

Who is it for?

  1. CCMC is primarily an adult music camp, but musically inclined teenagers are accepted on a case-by-case basis. All acoustic instruments and vocalists are welcome.
