If you want to sign up for both weeks: The deposit is $500. We will register you in your preferred week (as indicated on your registration form) and put you on the wait list (if there is one) for your second week.

Who Can Register

CCMC is primarily for adults 18 and older. We do allow people
between the ages of 14-17 but they must be accompanied by a registered
adult. If you wish to register a young person please call Janet at 360-224-
8007. No pets allowed (not even adorable, well-behaved ones).

Lodging and Prices

The $1500 base price includes all meals, instruction, materials, and lodging in one of the following:

  • A bed in a cabin, with a total of 3 people. Each cabin has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. All cabins have one electrical outlet.
  • Your own tent.
  • An RV (max 21 feet long; no hook-ups).

Spaces for tents and RVs are limited and are reserved during registration on a first-come, first served basis. Bath houses with toilets and showers are a short walk for anyone in a cabin, tent, or RV.

You can request to be on the list for a single or double cabin, or for a bed in one of the houses (they are not private rooms). The houses have a common-area living rooms and kitchen, which are shared with all campers. If we are able to accommodate your housing request, a surcharge is added to the base price:

  • A cabin by yourself costs an extra $500.
  • A cabin with only one other person is $250 extra per person.
  • A bed in one of the houses is $500 extra.

These options are not first-come, first served; we’ll try to accommodate requests in the order they’re received, but we also need to make sure we can have a full camp and get everyone housed! We’ll confirm all housing assignments 2 weeks before the start of camp. If you owe a surcharge, you’ll pay it at that time. If your coming to camp is dependent upon getting your first choice of lodging, please indicate that on your registration.

PAYING YOUR BALANCE OR CANCELLING

Your balance is due by June 1. You can pay online on this page (click Pay With PayPal) or go directly to PayPal and send the appropriate amount to California Coast Music Camp.

Cancellations before June 1, 2025 will receive a refund of $150. If you cancel between June 1 and two days before your session begins, we’ll retain your initial deposit. No refunds for cancellations after that.

Registrations are not transferable. Send any questions or cancellation requests to info@musiccamp.org.

The Waiting List

If your preferred week is full when you register, you’ll be asked what you’d like to do:

  • Be placed on the waiting list for your preferred week.
  • Be on the waiting list for either week.
  • Have your deposit returned and try again next year.

If we are unable to get you into any week, your entire deposit will be returned. Note that it is not unusual for folks on the waiting list to get into a week if they can wait until the last minute to find out.

COVID

You must agree to our Covid policies while completing your registration.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in at camp starts at noon on Saturday of each week.

To help create a familiar community where everyone feels welcome and safe, we strongly discourage late arrivals. If you have obligations that delay your arrival until after 6 p.m. on Saturday, please CALL US at 360-224-8007 so we’ll know when to expect you. There is no pro-rated tuition if you arrive late.

Arrivals after Saturday and drop-in visitors are not allowed.

Camp is over after breakfast on Friday. If you absolutely must leave early, you can of course do so. However, tuition is not pro-rated if you leave early.
